Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyTindahan. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use MyTindahan.
1. What MyTindahan is
MyTindahan is a back-office management tool (like a digital sales notebook, not a cash register or POS terminal) that helps small sari-sari stores track inventory, log sales, manage utang (customer credit), and record GCash cash-in/cash-out activity in one dashboard. It is not a BIR-accredited point-of-sale system, and nothing it generates, including the checkout confirmation screen, is an official receipt or sales invoice. It is not a payment processor either; GCash transactions are logged manually by you for your own tracking. You must continue issuing your own manual, BIR-registered receipts or invoices to customers as required by law, and you remain solely responsible for complying with all applicable BIR regulations and other laws that apply to your business. MyTindahan cannot be used to satisfy tax invoicing requirements.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure; anyone with access to it can access your MyTindahan data. Let us know right away at mytindahansupport@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use MyTindahan for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
- Use the service to store or transmit content that infringes on others' rights.
4. Your data
The product, sales, customer, and GCash records you enter belong to you. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter; MyTindahan reflects what you record, it doesn't independently verify it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle and protect that data.
5. Plans and payments
MyTindahan offers a free Starter plan with usage limits, a Growth plan (₱1,500/year), and a Pro plan (₱6,000/year). Paid upgrades are currently processed manually: you submit a GCash payment reference, and an administrator verifies and applies it to your account. There is no automatic recurring billing: we don't store or charge any payment card on file, so each year's renewal is its own manual payment, verified the same way as your original upgrade.
Upgrade payments are not automatically refundable. If you believe an upgrade was applied in error, contact mytindahansupport@gmail.com.
6. Termination
You can stop using MyTindahan and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including abusive or unlawful use of the service.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep MyTindahan available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTindahan and its developer are not liable for business losses, data loss, or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use MyTindahan after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
