A dashboard built around the tindahan, not the other way around
Sari-sari stores run on notebooks, memory, and trust, and that works, until stock runs out unnoticed, a utang list gets too long to remember, or the GCash float doesn't add up at the end of the day. MyTindahan keeps all of that in one place, without changing how you actually run your store.
Built for how tindahans actually run
No inventory jargon, no accounting degree required. Every screen mirrors how a sari-sari store owner already thinks about stock, sales, and utang.
Utang isn't an edge case
Most store software treats credit sales as an afterthought. We built the utang ledger as a first-class feature, because for most tindahans, it is one.
Made with real store owners
Every module (inventory batches, expiration alerts, GCash float) came from watching how a real neighborhood store keeps track of things.
Why batch-level inventory?
A sari-sari store restocks the same product (instant noodles, canned goods, softdrinks) at different times, often at different costs and with different expiration dates. MyTindahan tracks stock by batch instead of a single running total, so expiration alerts and “what's actually low” are accurate, not guesses.
