How it works

From notebook to dashboard in six steps

No training, no hardware. Just your phone or a tablet at the counter.

1

Add your products and categories

List what you sell: name, unit (piece, pack, sachet, kilo), cost, selling price, and a reorder level that tells MyTindahan when stock is running low.

2

Log your first restock

Every restock becomes a batch with its own quantity and expiration date, so multiple deliveries of the same product never get mixed up.

3

Ring up sales at the counter

Add items to the cart, choose cash, GCash, or utang, and complete the sale. Stock and balances update automatically.

4

Track utang per customer

Utang sales post straight to that customer's running balance. Log payments as they come in, and see who's overdue at a glance.

5

Keep your GCash float straight

Log every cash-in and cash-out with its service fee, and always know exactly how much e-wallet float you're holding.

6

Check your dashboard every morning

One screen for yesterday's sales, what's low or expiring, today's utang total, and your GCash balance, before you even open the store.
